About entering of amendments into the Tax code of Turkmenistan

1. Third of Article 96 to add part with Item of the following content:

"j) realization to the subordinated organizations and the companies of the goods acquired on the basis of the contracts in foreign trade concluded by state governing bodies not for the purpose of profit earning.".

2. To add article 106 part one after the paragraph of the twenty second with the paragraph twenty third the following content:

"performance of works and rendering the services connected with installation and construction works of the high-speed highways of the international level and construction of their infrastructure which are under construction based on decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan;".

3. To add part one of Article 143 with the paragraph of the following content:

"movie theaters and cinema and concert centers.".

II. The addition made to part by third of article 96 of the Tax Code of Turkmenistan is applied to transactions on realization to the subordinated organizations and the companies of the goods acquired on the basis of the contracts in foreign trade concluded by state governing bodies not for the purpose of profit earning, which are carried out by them before enforcement of this Law.
