Bring in Regulations of rates in the field of water supply and the water disposals approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2013 No. 406 "About state regulation of rates in the field of water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 20, Art. 2500; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2996; No. 27, Art. 3770; No. 33, Art. 4588), following changes:

a) state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20. The decision of regulating authority of rates on opening of case on establishment of rates or the notification on need of submission of the these rules of materials specified in Item 17 in full (in case of their absence fully or partially) goes regulating authority of rates the registered mail within 10 working days from the date of submission by the regulated organization of the statement for establishment of rates.

If during the analysis of the offers on establishment of rates provided by the regulated organizations there will be need of refining of the offer on establishment of rates, the regulating authority of rates requests additional data, including the confirmatory expenses which are actually incurred by the regulated organization in previous period of regulation. The term of submission of such data is determined by regulating authority of rates, but there cannot be less than 7 working days from the date of receipt of request in the regulated organization. Need of request of additional data is not the basis for acceptance by regulating authority of rates of the decision on refusal in opening of case on establishment of rates.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 26 after the words "Expert opinion" to add with words of "regulating authority of rates".
