Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In paragraph three of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2000 No. 38 "About additional guarantees and compensations to the civil personnel of federal executive bodies involved in accomplishment of tasks on providing law and order and public safety in the territory of the subjects of the Russian Federation located in North Caucasus region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 4, Art. 394; No. 4, the Art. 321) the words "on the established regulation" shall be replaced with words 2002, "in the amount of, determined by regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation,".

"e) in connection with hiring of premises in case of forced delay along the line on the territory of the Russian Federation (including border check-points) - according to the regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation determining procedure and the amount of expense recovery, connected with official journeys in the territory of the Russian Federation, based on the documents confirming the fact of forced delay in transit;".
