About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About conscription and military service"

1. In Article 12:

"3) training in the appropriate training programs in Training center on training of reserve officers and nurses of civil defense of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan.";

add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. The training of citizens which was taking place according to the program of training of reserve officers at military departments in case of higher educational institutions is equated to the training specified in Item 3 parts two of this Article.";

"Article 15. Training in the appropriate training programs in Training center on training of reserve officers and nurses of civil defense of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan

1. 2. Training of citizens in the appropriate training programs in Training center on training of reserve officers and nurses of civil defense of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan will be organized according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
