1. Add with Article 348-8 of the following content:

"Article 348-8. Violation of the law on regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs

348-8.1. Conducting the checks which are not registered in the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship -

• attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats. • 348-8.2. Abuse of regulations of provision of data on the check registered in the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship:

348-8.2.1. incomplete, doubtful or untimely provision to relevant organ of the executive authority of data on results of the check registered in the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship;

348-8.2.2. untimely provision to relevant organ of the executive authority of data on check which was registered in the unified information register of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship, but was not carried out for any reason, with indication of these reasons;

348-8.2.3. failure to provide to relevant organ of the executive authority of information in connection with the decision on suspension of check by inspection body or application of restrictive measure to activities of the entrepreneur -

• attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of five hundred to one thousand manats. • 348-8.3. Violation by inspection body or checking the requirements and procedures established in connection with checks in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs", except as specified, provided by Articles 348-8.1 and 348-8.2 of this Code -

• attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of five hundred to one thousand five hundred manats. • 348-8.4. Non-presentation by the entrepreneur of the documents concerning check to the survey of the territory used for business activity, production and processing enterprises, warehouses, sales points, vehicles, and also other places used for business activity checking in verification process, non-presentation of oral and (or) written explanations for the questions which arose during check and preventing -

• attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats.".
