About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on mutual ensuring safety of the classified information within the Collective Security Treaty Organization of June 18, 2004
The state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
considering interest in implementation of the Agreement on mutual ensuring safety of the classified information within the Collective Security Treaty Organization of June 18, 2004 (further – the Agreement),
proceeding from importance of ensuring protection of the classified information in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Collective Security Treaty Organization according to its Charter
for the purpose of determination of procedure for ensuring protection of the classified information of the Parties transferred to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further – the CSTO),
being guided by article 13 of the Agreement,
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes to the Agreement:
1. In preamble in paragraph three after words of "Collective Security Treaty Organization" to add with words "(further – the CSTO)".
2. In Article 1:
– in the paragraph the second "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "regulatory legal acts";
– in paragraph three to replace the word of "samples" with the word of "images";
– the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"authorized bodies" – state bodies and/or legal entities (the organizations, permanent working bodies) authorized by the Parties to receive, transfer, store, use and to protect the classified information transferred (received) and/or formed in the course of cooperation;";
– in paragraph seven before the word "procedure" to add with the words "established by the Parties";
