About establishment of the state social standards in the field of housing-and-municipal servicing

For the purpose of providing the state social guarantees in the field of housing-and-municipal servicing, reduction of the existing regulations of consumption of housing and communal services to their actual amount of consumption, respect for principle of social justice by provision of privileges and subsidies, according to articles 5 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state social standards and the state social guarantees" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish social norm of housing within which the state provides to citizens of subsidy for payment of housing and communal services, expenses on management of the apartment house in which consolidation of co-owners of the apartment house, building (housing) cooperative is created, for:

1) payments of housing service - service in management of the apartment house; expenses on management of the apartment house - 13,65 of sq.m of total area on one person and in addition 35,22 of sq.m on household;

2) payments of utilities - delivery services of heat energy for needs of centralized or autonomous heating; on delivery and distribution of natural gas or delivery and distribution of electrical energy for individual heating irrespective of source and type of energy - 13,65 of sq.m of the heated square at one person and in addition 35,22 of sq.m on household. For orphanages of family type the social norm of housing is established in the amount of the heated area of premises.

2. Establish social norm of housing within which the state provides to citizens of privilege for payment of housing and communal services, expenses on management of the apartment house for:

1) payments of housing service - service in management of the apartment house; expenses on management of the apartment house - 21 sq.m of total area on one person and in addition 10,5 of sq.m on family;
