Rules of issue of permission to use of the lands or the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property

1. These rules establish approval procedure on use of the lands or the parcel of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property (further - permission), for the purpose of, stipulated in Item 1 Article 39.34 of the Land code of the Russian Federation.

2. The statement for issue of permission (further - the application) is submitted by physical person or legal entity (further - the applicant) or the applicant's representative to the executive body of the government or local government body authorized on provision of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property (further - authorized body).

3. Shall be specified in the statement:

a) surname, name and (in the presence) middle name, the residence of the applicant and details of the document proving his identity - if the application is submitted by physical person;
