Article 1

Bring in the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2005, No. 52, Art. 5581; 2007, No. 46, Art. 5557; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3534; No. 45, Art. 6335; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2128) following changes:

Item 7 of Article 33 to add 1) with subitems 5 - 7 following contents:

"5) the vessels used for the purposes, stipulated in Article 2 of this Code (except for vessels of the fishery fleet), and belonging on the property right to citizens of the Russian Federation or the Russian legal entities, in case of state registration of such courts in the seaports of the Russian Federation included in the list of seaports approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;

6) vessels which are used for the purposes stipulated in Article 2 of this Code (except for vessels of the fishery fleet) whose age for date of filing of application about state registration does not exceed twenty five years which are registered in registers of courts of foreign states and are affreighted under agreements of marine chartering without crew (bare-boat charter) by the legal entities registered in the free economic zones created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in case of state registration of such courts in the seaports of the Russian Federation included in the list of seaports approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;
