4) in Article 10:

a) the paragraph the fifth after the words "budgets of city districts" to add with the words "budgets of city districts with intracity division";

b) to add the paragraph of the sixth with words ", budgets of intracity areas";

Article 15 to add 5) with part seven of the following content:

"The budget of the city district with intracity division and the code of budgets of the intracity areas which are part of the city district with intracity division (without interbudget transfers between these budgets), form the consolidated budget of the city district with intracity division.";

6) in Item 8 of Article 20:

a) add with subitem 4.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) budgets of rural settlements;

7) in paragraph four of Item 1 of Article 40 of the word "the municipal district)" shall be replaced with words "the municipal district, the consolidated budget of the city district with intracity division)";

8) in Article 46:

a) in Item 1:
