Article 1

Suspend till January 1, 2016 part 11 of article 50 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 No. 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, the Art. 3215) regarding annual increase (indexation) according to the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding year taking into account the rate of inflation (consumer prices) of the sizes of salaries of monetary pay on positions of Federal public civil service concerning persons replacing positions of Federal public civil service in Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, in the Russian Government Office, in the office of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, in central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, in territorial authorities - representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
