1. Approve and enact since September 1, 2002 sample of the glued sticker of allowing record for temporary trip abroad and sample of the glued sticker of allowing record in case of trip abroad on permanent residence according to the appendices N 1-2.
Determine that earlier drawn up marks in the passport for trip abroad are valid during the term provided by these marks.
2. To the national production association "Davlat of Belgisa" under the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in three-months time according to the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to make the necessary number of forms of the glued stickers of allowing record for trip abroad.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2002 to perform expenses on production of forms of the glued stickers of allowing record for trip abroad and acquisition of necessary technical means within the approved expense budget.
