1. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2012 No. 179/5 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2011 No. 389" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 27, 5/35325).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
