About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes:

1. In Article 389:

in the paragraph the second to replace parts 1 of the word "to twenty" and "to fifty" respectively with the words "thirty" and "fifty";

2. In the paragraph the second Article 389-1 of the word "from ten to twenty" to replace with the word of "thirty".

3. In Article 389-2:

in the paragraph the second to replace parts 1 of the word "from ten to twenty" with the word of "thirty";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 2 of the word "from ten to twenty" "in the amount of thirty".
