About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 135 of February 24, 2014.

In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 135 of February 24, 2014. "About approval of procedure for distribution of fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 49-52, 151), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) In Item 124 the text "since November 1, 2014, within the fund which is available for date of suspension of approval process in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words "according to this Provision, at the expense of fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers for 2015, within financial resources of fund";

Item 125 to exclude 2);

Item 127 to state 3) in the following edition:

"127. Requirements of Item 123 do not extend to the applications submitted according to provisions of the Law No. 243-XV of July 8, 2004 on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry, the resources allocated according to Item b provisions) parts (3) and parts (12) article 323 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006, the statement for measures 4 and 6 on support, concerning the livestock farms specified in subitems 1) and 2) of Item 61, for measure 8, concerning the investments specified in subitems 1) and 2) of Item 80 of this provision and also the applications submitted by agricultural producers which investments were made in the settlements of left bank of Dniester controlled by the authorities of the republic Moldova which will be permitted and paid within fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers for 2014, and other, left without financing will be paid in accordance with the terms, specified in Item 124 this provision".
