At the same time if the serviceman has criminal record or will subject court to administrative punishment or has not remitted authority punishments, then such serviceman can be discharged from military service on the specified basis only before repayment or removal of criminal record or before the expiration during which person is considered subjected to administrative punishment, or before the expiration during which the serviceman is considered having authority punishment.".
