"41) implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for the purpose of providing bodies of the Federal Security Service with means of counterintelligence activities and fight against terrorism. The inventory, works, services which procurements can be conducted according to this Item affirms the head of federal executive body in the field of safety.";

3) Item 1 of part 4 of article 94 after figures "36" to add with figures ", 40, 41";

4) part 2 of article 96 after figures "34" to add with figures ", 40, 41".
