Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 49, Art. 6422; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7047; 2012, No. 49, Art. 6758; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; No. 48, Art. 6165; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4269) following changes:

Part 6 of Article 14 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "For implementation of transactions with target means medical insurance companies open separate bank accounts in the credit institutions conforming to requirements which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

Part 2 of Article 23 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The number of unemployed insured persons is determined on the basis of data of the personified accounting in the field of compulsory medical insurance.";

3) in Article 26:

a) to add part 3 after the words "In Structure" with the word of "expenses";

b) to add part 6 after the words "In Structure" with the word of "expenses";

4) regarding 1 Article 27 the second offer to state in the following edition: "The procedure and conditions of distribution and provision of subventions from the budget of Federal fund to budgets of territorial funds are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
