About approval of the Regulations on procedure for assignment of addresses and maintaining the Address register in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of determination of single procedure for assignment to real estate objects of addresses and maintaining the Address register in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for assignment of addresses and maintaining the Address register in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Recommend to local government bodies till January 1, 2016 temporarily to suspend renaming of prospectuses, avenues, areas, city or rural parks, boulevards, streets and lanes.

3. To service of land resources under the Ministry of Agriculture to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of regional development, transport, construction and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
