This Federal Law extends to citizens of the Russian Federation who constantly live in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol, are registered in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed as of December 31, 2014 and which are granted unemployment benefit according to the legislation existing in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol as of February 21, 2014.
