In pursuance of provisions of the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI of April 27, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 90-93/399 from 29.06.2007), Item 3 of the h. (2) the Orders of the Government No. 294 of 17.03.1998 "About accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406-II of December 23, 1997" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 30-33, 288), and also the Orders of the Government about approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of zero rate of the VAT and compensation of VAT amounts on the deliveries specified in Item c) of article 104 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 to No. 543 of 8:07. 2014, I ORDER:
To make the following changes and additions to the Instruction for filling of standard form of the source document of the strict reporting "Tax delivery note":
1. Item 8 after the first offer to add with the following offer: "In case of supply activity in specially equipped places for retail trade, suppliers can write out the generalizing tax delivery note based on the cash register receipts provided by the buyer".
The last offer to state in the following edition: "If necessary to the tax delivery note printed independently also supplement according to the form established by appendix No. 2 to this order in which number and series of tax delivery note which integral part is appendix is specified is published".
