No. 110-113, 334), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

In the Regulations about branches, representations and additional offices of banks approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 84 of April 28, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, the Art. No. 110-112, 874) registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 27, 2011 at No. 832, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 11 of Chapter II:

1) in the subitem c) the text "accepted according to Art. 28 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 110-113, 334)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "about the capital of the I level, capital adequacy taking into account risk, current liquidity (the II Principle)";
