The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in questions of return of minors to the states of their permanent residence of October 7, 2002 which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

considering interest in continuation of cooperation in questions of return of minors to the states of their permanent residence,

agreed as follows:

Statabzatsa of the first and second Article 17 of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in questions of return of minors to the states of their permanent residence of October 7, 2002 to state in the following edition:

"This agreement is signed sine die if the Parties do not make other decision".

Article 2

The this Protocol is temporarily applied since June 10, 2014 and becomes effective from date of delivery on storage to depositary of the third notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it. For the Parties which performed necessary procedures later the Protocol becomes effective from date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.

It is made in the city of Minsk on May 30, 2014 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
