About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning identification and registration of animals

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 107-2 of the following content:

"Article 107-2. Violation of requirements of the legislation on identification and registration of animals

Violation of requirements of the legislation on identification and registration of animals:

non-presentation for data recording about the identified animals, economy of their cultivation and content, movement, face, utilization, death, case of animals;

movement of animals without identification documents;

carrying out face, utilization of not identified and unregistered animals;

non-presentation for data recording about the farms performing slaughter and utilization of animals;

non-presentation for data recording about the farms which are engaged in sale of animals, provision of services on artificial insemination and the organization of exhibitions of animals;

sale implementation, holding exhibitions and artificial insemination of not identified and unregistered animals

attracts imposing of penalty on citizens from three to five free minima income of citizens, and on physical persons - entrepreneurs, authorized persons - from five to ten free minima income of citizens.

Violation by the Administrator of the Unified state register of animal terms of entering into the Unified state register of animals of the data established by the law concerning animals or terms of registration and issue of identification documents of animals -

attract imposing of penalty on authorized persons from ten to fifteen free minima income of citizens.
