Make change to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 950 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 3, of the Art. 67), having added with its subitem 3 following of content:
"3) export in 2014 of anthracite (the code according to UKTVED 2701 11 00 00) is subject to licensing in coordination with the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
