1. Due to the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the military, economic, energy and information sphere, occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, assistance of terrorist activities in the territory of Ukraine, violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine, interests of society and state which create real and potential hazards of homeland security, to sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, according to part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" to approve and submit for consideration of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of the offer concerning application of such personal special economic and other rationing measures (further - sanctions):

1) to prohibit entrance on the territory of Ukraine to persons according to the list according to appendices 1-3 (for office use);

2) to apply such sanctions against persons (from among persons according to the list according to appendix 4 (to office use), and persons who are directly or indirectly controlled by them or are effective in their interests) which have such legal status or perform the following types of activity:

prohibit withdrawal of capital out of limits of Ukraine - to legal entities - residents of the Russian Federation of the state pattern of ownership and legal entities whose share of the authorized capital is in property of the Russian Federation;

stop issue of permissions, licenses for import to Ukraine from the Russian Federation of bank notes of national currency of Ukraine - to persons who import into Ukraine from the Russian Federation bank notes of national currency of Ukraine;
