1. In paragraph one of Item 3 of Rules of the organization of the payment service providers using networks of the telecommunications public approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 2, 2008 No. 1/4 (рег. No. 1767 of February 13, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 6-7, 33), words "Regulations on order of registration and licensing of banks (рег. No. 630 of 11.02.1999)" shall be replaced with words "Regulations on order of registration and licensing of activities of banks (рег. No. 2014 of October 8, 2009)".
2. This Resolution is approved with the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
