Approve the enclosed changes which are made to pricing Bases in the field of water supply and the water disposals approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2013 No. 406 "About state regulation of rates in the field of water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 20, Art. 2500; No. 32, Art. 4306; 2014, No. 2, Art. 82; No. 23, Art. 2996; No. 27, Art. 3770; No. 28, Art. 4050).

1. Add with Item 33 (2) the following content:
"33(2). For the regulated organization owning the centralized systems of hot water supply, cold water supply and (or) water disposal, separate objects of such systems which are in the state-owned or municipal property based on several concessionary agreements and (or) lease agreements, long-term rates are established on the basis of long-term parameters of regulation of the rates set for the term of at least than 5 years (in case of establishment for the first time of the specified rates for term at least than 3 year), but no more maximum of terms before the end of action of such concessionary agreements or lease agreements.".
2. In the subitem "b" of Item 37 after the words "remaining period of action" to add with the word of "all".
3. In Item 76 after the words "percent on them" to add with the words "except for funds for return of loans and the credits, percent on loans and the credits provided by the subitem "b" of Item 78 of this document".
