The amount of payment is determined as 15 percent of cadastral cost of the parcel of land which is in the federal property calculated in proportion to the area of the part of such parcel of land which is subject to transfer to private property as a result of its redistribution with the parcels of land which are in private property, except for case, stipulated in Item 4 these rules.
