About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union concerning determination of the term "insulators through passage"

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Additional notes of the Customs union to group 85 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) to add with the note 4 following of content:

"4. In subsubline item 8535 90 000 1 term "insulators through passage" means the devices attached to flanges of compartments of the modules which are part of the complete distributing device of gas-insulated (CDDGI), and intended for separation of gas amounts between these compartments or combinations of the KRUE different modules in one gas amount and also connections through the electrodes of conductors of KRUE modules which are built in isolation centers through passage among themselves in case of assembly of KRUE. Insulators through passage happen gas-dense and not gas-dense. By means of gas-dense insulators there is separation of gas amounts of KRUE. By means of not gas-dense insulators there is combination of the KRUE different modules in one gas amount. Insulators through passage consist of the flange ring, the cast insulator and electrodes which are filled in to the isolation center.".
