About modification of Rules of provision of services of mail service and the Rule of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, the Art. 750), and the Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 295 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 29, the Art. 1074), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business".

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of mail service and the Rule of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

1. In the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270

1) the first offer of paragraph two of Item 64 after the words "are sealed own legal entities" to add with words "(in the presence)";

The third offer of Item 67 after words "the corresponding seals" to add 2) with words "(in the presence)";
