About procedure for issue of licenses for the occupation right notarial activities and payments of the state fee for licensing

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About notariate" and for the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of issue of licenses for the occupation right notarial activities and collections of the state fee for their issue the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that licenses for the occupation right notarial activities are granted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments regional and Tashkent city khokimiyats of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, shown willingness for the first time to be engaged in notarial activities, within one month from the date of passing qualification examination based on the decision of the qualification commission formed under these bodies.

To persons which were on the date of adoption of law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About notariate" notaries the license for the occupation right is granted by notarial activities without passing qualification examination.

2. Determine that for issue of licenses for the occupation right notarial activities pay the state fee in the amount of five minimum sizes of the salary.

For the purpose of compensation of costs, the work-related qualification commissions, the citizens who showed willingness to obtain the license for the occupation right notarial activities before passing qualification examination pay collection in the amount of one minimum size of the salary".

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve the normative materials regulating notarial activities in a month.
