About the Representative of the President of Ukraine for the rights of people with disabilities

For the purpose of providing proper conditions for realization of the civil, social, economic and cultural laws and legitimate interests of people with disabilities, including which became disabled in the anti-terrorist operation zone, disabled veterans, non-admission of their discrimination, education of respect for features of people, recognizing priority of international standards of integration of people with disabilities into life of society, considering requirements of the Convention of the UN about the rights of disabled people and according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Determine that implementation by the President of Ukraine of the constitutional powers on ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of people with disabilities is provided to Representatives of the President of Ukraine for the rights of people with disabilities.

2. Approve Regulations on the Representative of the President of Ukraine by the rights of people with disabilities it (is applied).

3. To public administration by cases to take in accordance with the established procedure the measures following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
