According to Item 2 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for conducting examination of registration materials on medicines which move on state registration (re-registration) and also examinations of materials about modification of registration materials throughout action of the registration certificate, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 26, 2005 426, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2005 for No. 1069/11349 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 4, 2013 No. 3) which are applied.

2. (L. Konoshevich) to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
