1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2012 No. 711 "About questions of the Federal Migration Service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 30, Art. 4276; 2013, No. 31, Art. 4225).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2012 No. 711

1. In item 4:

a) in the paragraph the second to replace figures "37342" and "8798" respectively with figures "42003" and "13459";

b) in paragraph four of the word "36621 units" shall be replaced with words "41282 units".

2. To add the regulations on the Federal Migration Service approved by the specified resolution with subitem 7.14.8 of the following content:

"7.14.8. content in special facilities of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation or deportation;".
