1. The paragraph the fifth Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the Section II in Regulations on the regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 on No. 410/16426 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"Has no overdue debt (the main credit amount and interest for using by it) on the credits of National Bank and is solvent".

2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova A. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
