The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Recommend:
1) the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities to determine the weighted average rate for production of heat energy for the organizations and the organizations financed from state and local budgets (further - budgetary institutions and the organizations), on the heatgenerating installations (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and nuclear power plants) with use of natural gas, estimated as the relation of total amount of the income of the heatsupplying and heatgenerating companies from production of operating activiies for production of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations to the total amount of leave of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, Kiev and Sevastopol (hryvnias/Gcal) and to perform its viewing in case of change of limit of natural gas price, which is used for production of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations;

rate for production of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations on the heatgenerating installations (except combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and nuclear power plants) with use of any kinds of fuel and energy (except for natural gas) at the level of applicable fare on production of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations with use of natural gas and to perform its viewing in case of change of limit of natural gas price which is used for production of heat energy for budgetary institutions and the organizations;
