Make the following changes to "Accounting treatment for penal points for persons to whom administrative sanctions for the violations determined in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on traffic", No. 60 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 6, 1999 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 4, Article 267 are applied; 2001, No. 1, Article 70, No. 7, Article 512; 2003, No. 8, Article 460; 2005, No. 9, Article 855, No. 11, Article 1061; 2007, No. 10, Article 1013; 2008, No. 2, Article 116; 2010, No. 8, Article 764; 2011, No. 8, Article 781, No. 9, Article 852; 2012, No. 9, Article 922; 2013, No. 3, Article 344; the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 11, 2014 No. 277):

"1.1. Accounting of penal points for persons to whom administrative sanctions for the violations estimated by the points established by the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses are applied is regulated by this Procedure.".
