1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for preventive detention around conducting anti-terrorist operation of persons involved in terrorist activities, and specific mode of preliminary inquiry in the conditions of warlike, emergency state or around conducting anti-terrorist operation it (is applied).
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. Direct this order for the organization of accomplishment.
