3. OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" taking into account the approved calculation monthly to perform recalculation of rates for natural gas for industrial enterprises, commercial structures and state-financed organizations, regarding the purchase value, normative losses taking into account the official rate of national currency in relation to US dollar approved by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the first day of month.
