About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning transfer of garden and country houses to apartment houses and registration of the place of residence in them

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1983, appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):

1) the first offer of article 6 after the words "for permanent" to add with the words "or temporary";

To add 2) with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Transfer to apartment houses of garden and country houses

Citizens according to the law have the right to transfer of the country and garden houses answering to the state construction regulations, to apartment houses according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The decision on transfer of country and garden houses to apartment houses is accepted by relevant organs of local self-government".

2. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356):

Part one of Article 29 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The residence of physical person is housing in which it lives constantly or temporarily";

2) in Article 379 of the word "other room" shall be replaced with words "other premises", and after the word "permanent" to add with the words "or temporary".

3.
