2. To legal department to register in accordance with the established procedure the Instruction in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To management of non-bank supervision to exercise control of application and execution of the requirements specified in this Instruction, subjects of lottery activities.
4. To appropriate subjects of lottery activities to make payment for the right of implementation of lottery activities according to this Instruction.
