About measures for reducing and streamlining of the reporting for small businesses

The Cabinet of Ministers considers inadmissible the introduction facts by number of the ministries, departments, regional authorities and managements not of stipulated by the legislation additional forms of the reporting and the data requested from small business entities.

Establishment of set of reporting forms by different structures, submission by microfirms, small enterprises to different instances of large volume of information leads to considerable costs of time and means of entrepreneurs, unfairly distracts them from the main activities, constrains development of entrepreneurship.

For the purpose of creation of more favorable conditions for activities of small enterprises, microfirms, and also considerable simplification and reducing types of the reporting represented by them the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that:

small enterprises, microfirms represent the reporting only to bodies of the state statistics and tax authorities on places in the forms established by them;

microfirms and small enterprises represent the reporting quarterly. The statistical reporting is submitted microfirms on annual basis with quarterly carrying out by bodies statistics of selective inspections in the corresponding directions and fields of activity. Monthly requesting of the reporting at microfirms and small enterprises is not allowed.

To the ministry of macroeconomic and statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the State Tax Committee, other interested ministries and departments in ten-day time to review the existing statistical reporting of microfirms and small enterprises (including joint businesses) and to enter for them, starting with the report in 1 quarter of the current year, most reduced, simplified and unified reporting, and also procedure for its representation.
