Accept the offer of the Ministry of Health on creation of Institute of clinical medicine by reorganization (merge) of University clinic of primary medical care of the State university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan and University clinic of stomatology of the State university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan, and also the Center of cultivation of herbs, the University pharmaceutical center, the University center of simulyatsionny training in medicine and the Rehabilitation center subordinated to Gosudrstvenny university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan.

2. To the state university of medicine and pharmacy of Nicolae Testemitsan:

a) execute function of the founder of Institute of clinical medicine;

b) approve the charter of Institute of clinical medicine and provide the procedure of its registration according to the current legislation.
