1. Determine that:

when conducting any checks of activities of business entities officials of monitoring bodies make entry in the book of registration of checks according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

2. Assign to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its bodies on places conducting in accordance with the established procedure checks of financial and economic activities of state-financed organizations and receivers of the budgetary funds financed, respectively, by means of budgets of budget system. In necessary cases for implementation of these checks tax and other monitoring bodies can be attracted.

3. No. UP-110 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.07.2023

4. Confer the personal responsibility for observance of established procedure of conducting checks, including checks according to the procedure of control of activities of business entities, on heads of tax and financial bodies, bodies of Prosecutor's office, Service of state security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also other bodies, authorized to exercise the state control.
