Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the register of the issued certificates of conformity on products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy are established.
2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Accreditation Service within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of her workers, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of Item 6 of article 4 of the Federal Law of June 23, 2014 No. 160-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
