According to the paragraph the second Item 3 of Article 26 and the paragraph the fifth Item 3 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of forms of certificates of conformity, including forms of certificates of conformity on products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for forms of certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy are established.

2. In case of cancellation of the documents on accreditation issued to certification bodies by federal executive bodies about day of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Accreditation in National Accreditation System", the forms issued to these certification bodies and not used by them are recognized invalid and are not subject to further use.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the subitem "b" of Item 3 and Item 6 of article 4 of the Federal Law of June 23, 2014 No. 160-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
