About modification of Conditions and safety requirements (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for conversion, storage and burial of radioactive waste

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of October 22, 2002 No. 110 "About approval of Conditions and safety requirements (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for conversion, storage and burial of radioactive waste (NP 306.5.04/2.060-2002)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2002 on No. 874/7162 (with changes), words and figures "on conversion, storage and burial of radioactive waste (306.5.04/2.060-2002)" shall be replaced with words NP "in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste".
2. Make changes to Conditions and safety requirements (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for conversion, storage and burial of radioactive waste (NP 306.5.04/2.060-2002), No. approved by Gosatomregulirovaniya's order of Ukraine of October 22, 2002 110, registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on November 6, 2002 on No. 874/7162 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which are applied.
3. To management (Kilochitskaya T. P.) to ensure safety of the treatment of radioactive waste submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
