About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006. "About payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 66-69, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) appendix No. 1:

a) notes to table 1:

add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Treat the concept "pedagogical personnel of preschool education" specified in the first line item: tutors, methodologists, musical directors, support pedagogical personnel, logopedists and speech pathologists.";

in Item 2:

the words "other pedagogical personnel of preschool, primary, secondary, vocational and out-of-school education" shall be replaced with words "other pedagogical personnel of organizations of douniversitetsky education";

shall be replaced with words the words "Section II" "the second line item" in the corresponding case;
