About approval of the Procedure for transfer in the government budget of payment for provision of administrative services products and documents used for registration of these services
According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About administrative services" and "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" and for the purpose of determination of the mechanism of transfer, distribution and transfer in the income of general and special funds of the government budget of the means arriving as payment for provision of the administrative services provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Public migratory service of Ukraine and their territorial authorities and divisions for products and documents which are issued by provision of these services we order:
1. Approve the Procedure for transfer in the government budget of payment for provision of administrative services and products and documents used for registration of these services (further - the Procedure) which is attached.
2. To provide to heads of bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Public migratory service of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine fulfillment of requirements of this order.
3. To department of financial provision and financial accounting (A.V. Takhtay) Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine:
in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
